Could YOU Be a Utah FCCLA State Officer?
Being a State Officer is an opportunity to lead, travel, make friends, build your resume, and make a difference! Before you apply, make sure you are ready for the commitment.
* Talk with your parent/guardian, FCCLA adviser, and school before applying. You will need their support with travel, meetings, school excusal, and expenses.
* Some expenses are covered by Utah FCCLA, while others are the responsibility of the student, chapter, school, or district. Estimated student expenses are approximately $3,825, mostly for national travel. Talk with your adviser about possible school or district funding. Don't let this hold you back.
* State Officers help plan conferences, lead activities, visit chapters, complete assignments, work as a team, and represent Utah FCCLA.
* You don't have to know everything—you just need to be ready to learn, serve, work hard, and grow!
Applications are due March 1, 2027.
